"32962"
Comparing it to a "10908" version, it appears to be a more rigid plastic
tho the weight between the 2 is negligible (within .05 grams)

Is the one on the left the one that has 32962? If so, wouldn't it be an alternative
of instead of pb16? Since it is missing the "rivets"
on top?

no, the one on the left is the 10908 version, if you look at the side-by-side
back image, you can see which number is for which
