Hello, please remove my entire store inventory because it is no longer up to
date and I would like to create a new one from scratch.

you need to do that yourself.

go to you store inventory -- select all (Pic 1) -- scroll to the bottom
-- select "delete items" (Pic 2) -- submit changes
