My Store is up and running and it seem I have all access to my regular Bricklink
page after succesfully doing the integration. The weird or odd situation in
almost 72 hrs I receive no order no quote at all. Comments anyone ?

I haven’t had either any sales either since the integration. I usually see two
or three sales a day. Not sure yet if I have everything set up right.

Interesting, that you witness no sales, ok I got one now after writting the
post ... go figure, but just like you 2 3 4 or more orders per day... and
nothing for almost 72 hrs... thanks for sharing

This is so off-topic, but your profile card says "ThatBrickGuy84" (was
legoman84) and there is a fire hat next to your profile picture even though you've
got like 3000 feedback score?

I don't understand.
The hat is not only for new users but also for users who changed their username
recently (1 month).
legoman84 is against the new rules because it has LEGO in it 🤷♂️

I had no issues with the integration, but I haven’t had any sales either. I’ve
been wondering if it’s connected or a coincidence. Time will tell, I guess.

That is weird, our order volume has not changed at all. There are times when
we will receive several orders every day and then we can have 3 days in a row
with hardly any. I think that is just the way orders work and you are probably
just having that few days with no orders.

Mine is down, but not out.
I DO think the integration is likely to bring in some people that never looked
at Bricklink before. But right now it sure does look like the site is trying
to keep people out.
We experience the same problem. Normally we have between 5 till 10 orders each
day.
Since the account merge we had 2 orders so far. This is strange and weird and
there must be something wrong somewhere.

normally orders on daily basis, now it's plain dead since...
"Correlation does not imply causation."
There are all kinds of things going on that's kicking the US economy in the
teeth but order frequency is only slightly down. I'd be super curious to
see buyer location data for the European stores for the 30 days before and after
the suspension of de minimis as I'm sure it has to be impacting you guys
quite a bit.
I wish I could say the same. no orders since the 14th, before that was 1-2 per
day. I'm sure this integration is making things worse.

I'm in the same boat... no orders for days. Though we have been kind of
a slump (my own fault, haven't been adding as much the last couple of months)
but we usually get a few orders in here and there.

We have been really busy with orders but we did upload a ton of Minifigure parts.

Only 1 order in the last 9 days since the account integration.
Mine is a hobby store which I don't rely on for income, but prior to the
integration it was regularly 1-2 orders every day.
Have never encountered a period with so few orders, even in the summer months.
Something is wrong, and somewhere in BrickLink HQ they will have the data that
visits/orders has massively dropped off.
What I can't understand - if it is existing BrickLink users who cannot access
their accounts - there is a fairly straightforward process for regaining access
and resetting emails etc. I don't know why those people, if faced with loss
of access to their account, would just walk away from it and decide not to order?
I can understand if it's putting brand new accounts off - getting those mixed
messages about creating a Lego account to log in at BrickLink. But surely even
if there are teething problems with logins it shouldn't cause such a massive
drop in sales?

I agree. Something is not working correctly with the platform. I’ve been averaging
2-4 orders a day for weeks and all of sudden after the integration, it’s been
complete silence for several days. This is highly unusual. I hope they are able
to fix whatever is going wrong.

Has anyone been tracking the order numbers to see how many have been placed since
then?

Maybe BrickLink will only notice when it comes to collecting their 3% commission
(we do pay for this, Lego).
However, those figures won't be apparent on a wide scale for another month
or so.
I too have had a huge drop in sales since the integration. I think 80% less.
There are 1 or 2 sales coming in, but the situation is not normal. I waited thinking
the site would react but nothing is happening! 10 day's after the integration...
We experience still the same problem indeed. Way less orders than usual.
Normally between 5 till 15 per day and as well always big orders. Since this
merging we have a few very small orders coming in and thats it. We update and
add new parts each day so there must be something very wrong on Bricklink/Lego's
end unfortunatly.

Very quick snapshot:
On Sunday 9/28 between 9:10 and 20:53 there were 4,741 orders placed in those
11 hours and 43 minutes.
On Tuesday 9/30 between 9:18 and 16:38 there were 3,157 orders placed in those
7 hours and 20 minutes.
I don’t know how those numbers compare to this time last year.
If there actually is a sales slowdown (it appears to me there is), I don't
think it's due to integration. I'm thinking maybe, at least in the US,
it’s due to the increased cost of living cutting into discretionary spending.
Or the shutdown. Those factors certainly don’t help sales.

Most people are saying their getting less orders after the integration, but my
store got like 7 orders within 2 days of the integration (waaaay more than usual).

I received three orders, (that's a good number for me) immediately after
the merge. But none in the week since then. All the orders were by experienced
users with decent feedback. (None with 0, or 2 for example)
My concern is if the results of the merge make it too difficult for the casual
user (and those without accounts) to get into Bricklink to browse around, and
learn how to purchase. Is that likely?

I think they'll fix most the problems and everything will settle. They've
already fixed a few problems.
I've also experienced similar. I got like 6 orders straight after the merge...
then only 1 in the last week.

Sales have been pretty normal for the most part. Maybe even better than normal.
