The Good:
1. The pesky yellow warning at the top of page has been fixed.
(unless it was fixed before already, and I didn't notice )
2. As a result, the pesky yellow bar is no longer switching between the fixed
one and the NSS one ever 30 seconds, which was a depressing distraction...
The Bad:
1. The pesky yellow bar is still there showing an NSS resolved March 2024, but
buyer hasn't removed it, and helpdesk haven't yet either... despite being
asked months ago...
2. I was forced to join the Parrot Club, with no option of leaving, and joining
the LEGO Club I originally signed up for. Is my passion after all...
The Ugly:
1. I couldn't even open orders so I can ship them a couple of hours ago...
Was being diverted to the LEGO page to complete the account linking process.
2. helpdesk haven't removed the other NSS from Dec 2024 for a sticker sheet
gone missing in post. Full refund made too.. including postage of course.
This leaves us vulnerable to store suspension should a buyer create an NSS now,
whether we deserve it or not.
I am however down to losing only 2 minutes sleep per night, so not such a big
concern as it used to be since Dec 2024...
