I've had two different customers stating that when they try to checkout they
are getting a message that there is no shipment method available. One is in US
and the other is in Israel. I've changed nothing and am getting orders regularly.
I don't know how to help them. My minimums are not the issue. Please help!

Maybe it’s related to what they are buying?
There would be no shipping method with onsite payment available for what they
put in their cart and then the website would tell them you don’t ship to them.

I appreciate the suggestion but I have a manual invoice option available to all
for just such issues.
