Hello -

I was in my own store today and saw a banner that says it does not ship to my
state. I figured this was because we cannot by from our own store, but when
I logged out, it says my store doesn't ship to California. Anyone have advice
on what could be causing this?

could be the PayPal connection.
Try removing your PayPal account and reconnect it, that usually works. Also if
you haven't yet upgrade your PayPal to a business account because earlier
this year PayPal changed it so you need a business account to connect to any
online marketplace.
