Hello,

Our account has been suspended and when we go to the 'My Bricklink' it
shows
the reason as 'Null'. This doesn't seem to match anything on the
Help Desk topic for
reasons for store suspension and we haven't had a single issue with NSS etc

We did get an email notice for removed content shortly before this, re a support
phone number in our announcement field - by the email said it was removed and
didn't ask for further action. Since then I have gone through all Admin settings
and System Templates and have made sure there are no phone numbers anywhere.
Would / Could this be the reason for suspension ? I sent an email to support,
case: 10936656

I don't mean to circumnavigate the process at all, but I have noticed it
can take 3-4 days for a reply, and we do 10 sales per day, so this could be a
lot of lost sales for us if not resolved quickly. If anyone from the BricklinkTeam
sees this Post it would be greatly appreciated if you could look into it for
us.

P.S. As a seller having a suspended account is probably the worst possible problem
one could face on BL and it would be really valuable to all if this could have
a separate process for resolution (ie just like Feedback issues etc) that could
be handled by a priority queue system.

Sadly it can often take weeks to get a response rather than just a few days .
The reason for suspension has been null on many stores for about half a year
now since they did an update a while back
