Anyone shipping to the USA should probably turn it off now and wait until systems
are sorted so they know what they need to do before they turn it back on. Parcels
posted now could well be caught up in it if there is even just a small delay,
plus US buyers might be looking to place orders in the run up to the date to
avoid paying the tariff and the seller might get caught out not knowing anything
has changed or what they should have done.
