We have a Norwergian buyer that did not use the onsite payment link but paid
directly to our PP account. Logically Bricklink did not receive the Norwegian
tax, we can't put the order on PAID and we can't get the VAT paper from
Bricklink to include in the order. The only option to me looks refunding the
payment what costs me 4$ pp fee and ask buyer to pay again by the link. Is there
another option?
