At the bottom of the set inventory you'll see a link to 'inventory change
request'
That will take you to here:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogInvChange.asp?itemType=S&itemNo=3842-1
Put 1 in the number of entries box and on the following page the form will need
to look like the attached.
