automatico che una wanted list vada a "pescare" dai pezzi che ho inserito
nella sezione my parts della my collection?...se no a cosa serve impiegare ore
e ore per catalogare tutti i pezzi che hai sparso per casa? rischi di ricomprare
pezzi che hai già!

Indeed, one may wonder what’s the usefulness of My Collection:
— It isn’t possible to search Wanted Lists in My Collection.
— And it is also not possible to directly put orders into My Collection.
— You also can’t even know how much your collection would be worth.
The only thing it automatically does is a palette in Studio.
We still need to use third-party tools, like Rebrickable (website), or BrickStore
(application). (I’d recommend BrickStore because it works with the BrickLink
catalogue, while Rebrickable has its own catalogue and there may be conversion
problems.)
As you found in an older thread, there’s also the solution to become a seller
and put your collection in your store inventory. But you first need to be “verified”
to get the seller status and managing a store inventory (especially as a buyer)
is not simpler than directly using BrickStore (a lot of ‘real’ sellers use BrickStore).
