I’m wondering if the head on this minifigure is an original LEGO part. I’d really
appreciate it if you could help identify the minifigure—especially the head piece.

Hi,

The head is clearly not LEGO: no sculpted noses on LEGO heads!

I’d guess the rest is fake too… but
1. look for LEGO logos (stud on the neck, between the prongs on the hips…),
2. use Brickognize on each part.

Well, the legs ‘only’ seem to have been pinched.  The patterns match quite well.
