with abusive messages from 1 of them Order 28836858 User: leigion
After 5 days I NPB, I then lifted the NPB the following day and chose to OCR
and then ban them from my store. Life is just easier that way for me.

I believe even if banned, if there is an active order, they can still message
(tho I may be mistaken, but in regards to email, they will have your email forever
so it’s best to block them in your email client). Sorry to hear that buyer is
being bad, might be best to report them for being underage as I can’t image an

Honestly I am not confident anything would be done anyways. Its not logic, its
more my level of confidence. Admins, cataloguers, may god have mercy on my soul
but even Sylvain works hard. I strongly recommend no man ever calls Vicki a "B1itch
or C%^&sucker" in my presence live. It angers me greatly, and I don't
like staying angry.
There are several members in this thread that have actually been in our house
several times. Vicki has been in a wheelchair as a paraplegic since 1993. She
was 6 years old when the accident occured. I met Vicki in 2007, we have lived
together since. She does not deserve to be spoken to this way by anyone.
Me I'm a bit different given my military, security and law enforcement background.
I have been called a lot worse by a lot bigger, badder and better people.
I try and be fair. He was a classic NPB. It was then removed, did an OCR and
banned him. I should have just left the NPB there, but even still they do get
3 chances.

Sadly, there is still no option to report any message here. You can only reply
or delete it.

Unless it's changed in the last 5 years or so, blocking someone will not
stop them from sending messages to your inbox here. I had someone years ago that
I had to ask the admin to step in because they just would not stop. I don't
know if they actually got blocked or just a stern warning.

Thanks Crystal.....As I said to another member in this thread last night I didn't
initially report because I lacked confidence.
I was very very wrong about my pessimistic view and confidence.
I filed that complaint last night. The Help desk wrote to us this morning and
have escalated it to the Admins.
I dont think its proper of me to show the Help Desks response. But I can say
they were crystal clear that this type of conduct goes against the ToS.
But I leave this message for the Admin that handles it "God forgives, I don't
and nor should Bricklink"

night. The Help Desk responded and sent it to the Admins. This kind of behavior
breaks the rules. I hope Bricklink takes it seriously.
