I need assistance with shipping cost and doing estimates. I just opened my store
and followed the suggestions from support. I have orders received and I need
help on the process to complete an order. Shipping the orders, understanding
the invoice process. I have customers waiting to receive their orders and all
I tell them is be patience. I have contacted support several times and I'm
still waiting for a response. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

this is a lot to unpack
I need assistance with shipping cost and doing estimates.

based on how you only sell sets, it would be best to do it only manually, until
you can better understand shipping costs, to estimate a shipping cost for a set,
weight the set, add a couple hundred grams (or more) for packaging, and several
inches for the box, and then plug that into a calculator, you also have "USPS
First-Class Packages (retail)" as your shipping method, but it is significantly
more expensive then if you get shipping costs thru companies like pirate ship,
who let you buy usps labels at very discounted rates.

  I just opened my store
and followed the suggestions from support. I have orders received and I need
help on the process to complete an order.

once you invoice the order, and the buyer pays, and you ship it, there is not
much to do unless the buyer messages with an issue

  Shipping the orders, understanding
the invoice process.

pack the sets well, as to invoicing, when you receive one, find the shipping
cost with an online calculator, then enter the shipping cost and send the buyer
the invoice by clicking the paper on the same line you added the shipping costs.

I have customers waiting to receive their orders and all
I tell them is be patience.

once you ship an order out, make sure you upload tracking onto the order so that
buyers can track their package

I have contacted support several times and I'm
still waiting for a response. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

i would also recommend adding store terms and shipping costs estimates in the
terms, avoid inaccurate statements such as "not responsible for lost packages"
and avoid any fees aside from the shipping cost itself

I would temporarily close your store with a message saying that current orders
are being dealt with.

If you cannot cope with the orders you have received it is best not to take more
orders yet.

For each order you should package it, determine shipping cost, enter that cost
in the box on the order page, then click the send invoice button. Once paid,
post it.

Yes, that's right. Submit changes, then invoice. It has been a long time
since I had to invoice manually.

LOL, no same here. I actually couldn't remember myself.

I've painstakingly set up instant checkout for everything in my inventory
for domestic shipping and I've been procrastinating like a champ on doing
it for Europe.
