It used to be a whole lot easier to report a problem buyer and to block them
than it is now!! How the heck do I get to the block list I need to add to? Used
to be a simple link but I can't find it now and I really don't feel li8ke
scrolling thru thousands of comments in the forum to find it. It should be front
and center on the menu!! If it's there, please tell me what the heck I'm
supposed to look under!

Click on “site map” on the bottom of all pages, then click “my stop list”

But it's only 1 click. Right above where your screenshot would be there's
the "Stop List" link.
