Hello,
currently I have to close an NPB, but the order seems to be to big to be cancelled
with normal system, the order contains 1971 lots, so bricklink don't have
time to load all items.

There is any chance to cancel order and load items automatically or I have to
do all the work manually?

If anyone can help me i would be grateful!

An admin should be able to cancel I think, you need to contact them.

You can import the order into BrickStore and upload the items to your inventory.

And to prevent this from happening again you can put a order lot limit, most
stores have it around 1000
