Hello,

Does anyone else has an issue with an output file simply not existing after 3.5h
of rendering?

This happened twice right now in two days.
File output is .mp4 or .mov

Thank you

That depends on what you’re experincing exactly.  There’s been a few threads
on the dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner, https://forum.bricklink.com/
(menu Studio » Resources » Studio Forum), in the past years….

Did you only make 2 animations and they both failed, or did you make others that
worked?

What’s your system, Windows or macOS?  Its version?
What version of Studio are you using?  (Menu Help » About Studio)

Is there an error message or does it fail silently?

Are you using the Queue?

Have you looked on the disk where Eyesight’s temporary files are stored (that’t
C:\ProgramData on Windows, and ~/.local/share/Stud.io/RenderTemp on macOS).
There should be a log file too….
