contact with him and he had great reviews. After not shipping and not responding
for a few days o check the store and he was suspended. The money was already
sent ($550) and I have no clue what to do. It was my dream set for a great price
and the day I order he is suspended. Does anyone know what I do in this situation?

Sorry, no. You are not getting a USC falcon from that seller.
To get a refund, if you paid with PayPal, start a dispute there. If you paid
with a credit card, file a dispute with your card company.

Unfortunately you shopped in the wrong shop.
Always check feedback, if it is low or with quite some non positive feedback
do not buy or at least not high priced items.
Just like normal live, if it looks too good to be true it probably is.
I guess you have fallen into the trick of a low price, a price that was a few
hundred $’s lower than the other MF’s.
Bricklink isn’t 100% safe, buy from reputable stores, check feedback in quantity
and quality and hope it never happens again.
