I hope I filled out the form correctly. There is x1 black 44861 missing in this set inventory.

You'll find that part in the conveniently named minifig:
 
Minifig No: drm052 Name: Zoey - Neck Bracket and Plate 1 x 2 with Clip
* 		drm052 (Inv) Zoey - Neck Bracket and Plate 1 x 2 with Clip
Minifigures: DREAMZzz

Pro tip: select the option to Break Minifigures when viewing an inventory to
be sure to include all parts from the set.
