As always - the more you list the more you sell...
But I would also do something about your terms page. As you sell to all countries,
maybe write your whole terms page in English? As you do - a good advice is to
be friendly - you don't need terms like "no responsibility for lost shipments"
it doesn't work that way anyway.
And have some sort of shipping table so that shipping cost can be approximated.
As for feedback - don't argue with buyers. Even if they are wrong - just
refund and move on.
I have to agree with increasing stock and offering a friendly and helpful service,
that may already be the case but it’s certainly worth mentioning again.
Provide as much shipping details as you can as unknown expenses are not appreciated
by many.
On another note regarding sales at the moment, I’ve seen a massive down turn
but that may just be me, something not working here but I suspect others are
doing ok.
I’m trying to follow my own advice and add a huge amount of stock that I’m preparing
hoping it will rejuvenate sales.
Hundreds of new collectible mini figure series to be added including complete
set of series 1.
