Hi,

So, I'm trying to connect my store with my paypal (personal type). I normally
go through proccess, everything seems fine, I even get mail from bricklink about
payment method change, but there is no connection made, when I check the settings
- Only button "Connect Paypal Marketplace".

No error is given at any point.

What am I doing wrong?

I tried like five times. I think that now, when I try to connect, that for a
short moment (on paypal page when I input my paypal address), there is a note
that this account is already connected, but I cannot read all, cause it only
last like half a second, then I'm transfered to page where I need to choose
between personal and business account...

Thank you for help!

Regards,
SM

Hi,

For some months (or a bit more?) now, it only works with PayPal business accounts.

Those with personal accounts could connect before and are still connected but
new accounts / new connections need a business account.

Anyone can have a business account, you don’t need to be a registered business.
AFAIK, the only differences on PayPal are that business accounts 1) have more
reporting options, 2) can’t accept Friend & Family.

It seems logical that if you want to use “PayPal for Marketplaces,” you’re doing
business, and not F&F stuff, so I’d say it’s two plus for business accounts

The biggest problem is that neither BL nor PayPal are communicating on this….
