On the website, the only way is to:
1. download a WL,
2. upload it into the other WL (from https://www.bricklink.com/v2/wanted/upload.page
, second tab, where you need to paste the content of the file).
Otherwise, you have to use third-party tools (BrickStore…).
But why do you want to merge WLs? You may not have to.
You can use the Buy page on multiple WL (just choose them on the left of the
page).
