Hi everyone! First time posting, so I hope I'm not asking a repeated question.
I searched the forum but found nothing about this.
This piece was in my LOTR Wizard Battle set 79005. There are 14 of these pieces
but this one was black/white? It's as if it was painted or something. Does
anyone know what this is or how/why it would be this way? Thank you!

Presumably, rightly or wrongly, this was a used set when you got it.

I’ve had many pieces painted black by others which I’ve discarded or occasionally
cleaned.
