I need to change my adres into a german one (from a friend) to place an order.
How do i do that? Is there a way to enter more adresses at once and switch to
the one you want it shipped to?
Only thing i found is the place where i can change my home adres.

— BL accounts only have one postal address
— If you pay with PayPal Onsite, you can change your address on PayPal and it
will be that address on the BrickLink order (without having to change your address
on BL). But I don’t know what happens if you change the country and if that
changes the taxes, both the taxes BL has to collect, for instance in/out of EU,
and the VAT rate inside EU (as some sellers have to collect at the buyer’s country
rate).
— When you’re a seller and change your address, you need to go through New Seller
Verification again.

We moved last year and i changed my home adres but i didn't have to go through
any verifications then, is this new?

I this this a few years ago and my store got closed for about 2 months.
You cannot change your paypal address neither because paypal does not allowe
you to change country in your address. So the option to pay to seller via paypal
offsite is not available.
Either seller accepts to ship to the address you want to, or you have to submit
your order theough your friend’s account.
If there is tax collected by BL, the tax has to be collected vby bl via paypal
payment, so in this case, the option to pay via bank transfer would not be available
neither.
