Hello everyone,

I would appreciate your advice regarding a situation with an unclosed Non-Selling
Seller (NSS) notification. A buyer did not receive their order (lost by the postal
service) and opened an NSS against me. I immediately refunded the full amount
for the order, directly through the "Refund Order" button in the order
details on Bricklink, so this information should be easily verifiable by Bricklink.

However, the buyer has not closed the NSS since then. I contacted the Bricklink
helpdesk for assistance. The initial response was quick, and I provided them
with all the necessary information, including confirmation of the refund.

It has now been a week, and nothing has happened. The NSS remains open, and I
haven't received any further communication from the helpdesk.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? What else could I do in this situation?
Previously (about 2 years ago), similar issues were resolved very quickly, but
it seems this has significantly worsened lately.

I would be grateful for any advice or tips.

the helpdesk can often take up to 3 weeks to respond, if they dont respond by
then, send an email directly to the bricklink email including the proof of refund/tracking
screenshots and they will remove it within like 3 weeks (even if the nss gets
completed they will still remove it when they get to it)
