Hi,
if I am ordering a used set, can I expect to get the correct parts from that
time?
I am not talking about with or without groove as those are different parts; same
goes for the u/o clips.
I am more talking about the evolution of the bricks, hollow vs unhollow tubes
at the bottom, molding marks from top/side to the bottom etc.
When I buy a used set from 2024, should the bricks be the same as when I would
bought it new? How do seller see that?
I think, used parts are often getting in huge piles and boxes, where multiple
sets are pulled out. But is it common among sellers to check for those numbers
to be 100% accurate or should I as buyer be responsible and ask beforehand?

For normal bricks like 3010 1x4 etc, Bricklink doesn't make any distinction
regarding incection points or tube types, so you could get either.
There are different versions of 3001 3002 such as 3001old which is the early
type without cross supports. If you ordered for example a 1980s castle I would
expect to get the original type old 3001 bricks. If you ordered a 2004 set you
could get bricks either with or without hollow bottom tubes.

Some sellers are careful about period-accurate unrecognized variants. Some aren’t.
Some sellers advertise it. Some don’t.
Okay, but can sets have different undersides for the same brick and colour?
E. .g. a set has 2x 2357 in tan; can there be one with a hollow tube and the
other one with a filled tube?

Yes. BrickLink does not recognise those differences in the catalog.
The data required to reassemble sets in such detail is not available. BrickLink
sometimes has more detail on the correct mould versions than the LEGO replacement
part database, but this does not go down to the individual mould numbers for
each part. (And there would not be only one correct number for many parts anyway.
A set might for example contain 2x4 bricks with numbers 281 or 285 depending
on when it was made exactly. In the BrickLink catalog, these are the same 3001
as 25-year old mould 216.
