Hi,
I have created 30 Wanted Lists.
1. Is there any option to apply an order to all list at once or I do I need to
apply every single one after another?
2. Instead of deleting items that I apply, can I move them? I remarked by parts
that I need. If the item gets deleted, I am losing the remark. But as I do have
several open orders where I constantly add items, I dont want to add tiems that
are already on one of my open order lists.

Unfortunately not. It’s one list at a time.
Besides, beware! ‘Apply Order’ has no memory of what was already applied.
So if you have 2 lists with the same part in the same colour, for instance 10x
2x4 bricks in White in one and 20x in another, and you ordered 20x, then Apply
Order will say both lists are fulfilled.
Also, it doesn’t work with the special colour Not Applicable for parts (N/A means
“Any colour” in WLs). (If item in WL is N/A and item in order has a colour,
they don’t match.)
2. Instead of deleting items that I apply, can I move them? I remarked by parts
that I need. If the item gets deleted, I am losing the remark. But as I do have

‘Apply Order’ doesn’t delete items, it changes the “Have” field.
The items will still be there.
Personally, I don’t use ‘Apply order’, I make WLs from my orders (button at the
bottom of the cart just before ordering, or just above the addresses in the order’s
page), then I search my order in all my WLs.
That way, I have a series of lines:
— item 1 in WL for order,
— item 1 in real WL 1,
— item 1 in real WL 2,
— item 2 in WL for order,
— item 2 in real WL 4,
— etc.
and I can edit the lines in the search, with the exact ordered quantity near
the wanted quantities. No need to juggle with several tabs/windows.
Other people manage their lists with third-party tools, like BrickStore.
Tried 5 hours ago to add the order to a new WL; tried now again:
"We're sorry. Service is temporarily unavailable"
Mehhh
