It's not directly possible.  You'll need to download your orders, then
‘massage’ them to then import them.

In more details, there's two ways to download your orders:

A. Faster, one file for all orders, but more edits
1. Download your orders from your Orders Placed page (https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=placed
).
2. Choose the XML format.
3. Open the file in a text editor (Notepad, TextEdit, not Word).
4. Remove everything around the «ITEM» sections.  (Including the line «?xml
version…» at the very top.)

5. Put «INVENTORY» at the very beginning and «/INVENTORY» at the very end.
6. Import that file into My Collection as “BrickLink XML.”

B. Longer, but fewer edits
1. Put each order in a Wanted List (there's a button for that at the bottom
of the order page, just above the addresses).  That can be a separate list for
each order or all the orders in the same list.
2. Open the list, download it.
3. Open the file(s) in a text editor.
4. Replace all “MINQTY” with “QTY.”
5. Remove the line «?xml version…» at the very top.
6. Import the file(s) into My Collection as “BrickLink XML.”

There's a third way: use BrickStore (application).

You can download your orders in BrickStore (click-click, no edtion), then combine
(merge) them (a couple more clicks) them, then save/export as a BrickLink file
and import that into My Collection.

Or you could just simply use BrickStore to manage your collection, at least until
the website's feature is properly finished and becomes useful….
