I keep running into issues where my shipping isn't charging automatically
on an order, and is instead requesting an invoice to be sent. This isn't
bad on its own, just annoying because I feel like my settings are correct. Can
anyone take a look and let me know if I'm missing anything?

Thanks

If the order is over 32oz or even 1 item is missing a weight it will fall back
on manual with that setup

I've searched my inventory for items missing a weight and nothing turns up.
Is there any other way to ID items missing a weight besides checking that box
in the inventory search?

It's also possible that something on the orders that are now OOS were missing
a weight, but is there anyway to check that? (Also, these orders definitely were
not over 32oz).

Otherwise, is that the only thing you see that could cause the issue with my
settings?

If you post some screen shots of an order that went manual and one that was instant
(hiding personal details) it could help us see

Weight or Dimensions if you have dimension restrictions further down the page.
