Hi. We sold to two buyers and Bricklink said that the payment went through.
It never did. Bricklink said to get the PayPal transaction numbers from the
buyers.. So, we sent all of that it to Bricklink. They told us after the fact,
that we should have checked our PayPal accounts to make sure the money went through
first. We replied that Bricklink took their cut of the money and told us that
the payment went through. We thought that we could trust Bricklink around all
of that.
So far, Bricklink did talk back and forth with us. No word on payment yet.
We can't figure out how to talk to PayPal (If you know an actual way to call
them in the US, we'd grately appreciate it!

On Paypal's desktop site, you click Help at the bottom of the page and then
Call us at the bottom of that page.

Anyway, this is a known error that has been happening for several months. What's
the actual status of the payment on your orders? Is it Paid! or Paid-Pending?
I will say that BrickLink is just the host of this marketplace and that YOU are
the actual vendor for any sales here. Payments, settings, customer service, etc
are all on you. So no, I wouldn't trust them and I would verify and learn
about everything for yourself.
