New to this. I can apply what I "have" to a wanted list, based on an
order, but when I browse to a specific bricklink shop local to me, and within
the shop, select the same wanted list, it looks for all items in the wanted list,
even those I already "have". Is there a way of completely removing items
from a wanted list once I "have" them, or is there a better way to achieve
what I am trying to achieve (shopping at a specific bricklink store for only
the remaining items in my wanted list).

Thanks!
Two things you can do.
When you're in the shop and clicked your wanted list you can check the 'min'
box on the top. This fills your cart with only the items you don't have yet.
Alternatively you can edit your wanted list. Sort by 'Have Qty' and then
check the boxes to the left next to the items and hit the trash icon to delete
them from your wanted list.

Hi,
In the store, on the left, click “More Filters,” then, at the bottom of the filters,
tick “Hide Items if Have Qty is ≥ Want Qty.”
Also, when Have isn’t null, the quantity will show as “qty: - (Have: N)” when
Have ≥ Want, and as “qty: Q (Have: N)” otherwise (where Q = Want − N).
