A seller purchased a kit off of my site, and I received an email from bricklink
on March 22nd saying "Bricklink Order Paid" and that the payment status
was "pending". It has been like this for 9 days however, and I have no
notification in my PayPal account that there is a payment being processed. I
asked the customer if they sent payment by check (which can sometimes take longer
to process), but they said they paid standard through my email (my PayPal account
name). I confirmed my PayPal account is linked to my BrickLink store.
Any insight into why I'm not seeing information on my PayPal account, or
why it is taking so long to process?

its a recent glitch. void the payment in your Paypal account, then click edit
order on the bottom of the order screen and set the payment status to none and
the order status to pending, then reinvoice the buyer
