The head could be an original one, but someone with a special UV printer printed
on it.
As it's transformed, it's not an original part anymore.

There are online sites that sell custom printed LEGO Minifigure heads they use
original LEGO Minifigure heads and apply a new print to the head that is why
you are seeing the LEGO logo on the custom printed head you have.
