I have recently been experiencing an increasing number of problems with deliveries
in the Netherlands. I send my parcels with Austrian Post, the Dutch recipient
then receives no notification and the parcels are returned to me after a while.
This is of course very annoying, do any of you have similar problems and does
anyone have a solution?
Thank you very much for your input

If parcel, I would recommend using GLS instead, it starts at €10,60 while Post
parcel starts at €17,47. You can also provide the recipient's email address
for delivery.
Hermes could be also a better solution, starting at €12,10 to the NL.
Thanks for the information, I have learnt that you have to provide the recipient's
email or phone number when sending a parcel. As the recipient is only notified
digitally.
Best regards Roland

No issues here. Do you ship as letter or parcel?

Are you electronically including the tax ids?
There is no electronical transmission of anything needed (for now) from Europe
to Europe, neither invoice to affix outside. It's just a parcel for example
sent in your own Country from one place to another. Mainly. Switzerland & Norway
it's another problem...

their flag) 😅 oops

Oh no oops, you're educated on how it works in other countries, that's
rare and very fine!
Even if it's surprising from someone living in Pizzalia!
