Im having an issue with identifying genuine LEGO pieces, particularly piece 59443.
Original ones seem to not have a LEGO logo, therefore I'm asking you guys
for advice.

Also I've checked other forums and Youtube, still no success.

For parts like that, usually you have to go with the feel/look of the part, and
since it’s a cheap part then do as the say “when in doubt, throw it out”

Also look at where they came from. If it was from a new set, they're fine.
If from a seller with good reputation, probably fine. If from a bulk lot that
was all LEGO, fine. If from a bulk lot with lots of clones in, probably not
real.
