Hello we had a PayPal come through Saturday afternoon but no order. The buyer
contacted us and told us he could see his payment was made but his items are
all still in his cart and we had no sale come through for it but have his money.
We have contacted bricklink with no reply. But my issue is. We have had zero
sales since ????
Is there some kind of issue? Is there some way for us to fix this on our end?

We got the PayPal notification and the funds. They messaged us first. They sent
me a picture that the items are still in their cart and the items they bought
the lots out were no longer available. But they also got the payment notification
. We have their money. But no order. Nothing came through and we have had no
sales since. So I have no clue that the heck is happening and bricklink has
yet to reply to either of us.
The papal transaction should have the BL order number on it.
Agreed, the steps to proceed would be, 1 triple check the transaction in your
PayPal isn’t related to any other order you have, 2 refund and cancel that payment,
3 have the buyer place a new order and pay again.
The help desk takes 2-3 weeks to respond so they won’t be able to help for a
while, I recall hearing about this type of issue before but it is very rare
