Bricklink says that I would need to reverify my account after changing my country.
However, I can't reverify, because it says my store is "suspended"
instead. It won't let me go through the verification process because it says
I'm suspended. Seems strange.

The store suspension thing has been messed up for a month or so now, best to
contact the helpdesk as only they can help out, they usually respond within 2-3
weeks

But with all the issues it could be much longer thanks to a backlog.

There is a method that doesn't require waiting. That is to visit this website
and restore the account from a seller account to a buyer account, and then register
a new store. The approval process for this will be very quick. However, all the
store terms and inventory need to be set up again. Compared with the indefinite
waiting, perhaps this is a relatively simpler option.
