First things first, but I have used this site for a while now to identify LEGO
pieces and I finally want to make a purchase. I want to collect all the modular
buildings (boxes and instructions) and I've seen a listing for "Market
Street 10190" sealed for half the price of the next lowest cost sealed set.
However, I also see that the buyer, whose name is BOx42, only has 3 positive
feedback ratings and an account made only from the 25th February 2025.
I'm not suggesting he is in any way shape or form a dodgy seller, but
I do want to ensure I make an informed and safe purchase, like is there such
thing as buyer protection or refunds.
What course of action do you suggest I take?

Oh ok, I didn't realise I should go straight to reporting. So I can make
a report, even if I haven't interacted with the seller and I all I have for
proof is that there is suspicious signs? (New account, fantastic prices and little
to no positive feedback)
