not even removed from the blister, the buyer received it and a couple days later
I got the following message:
Would I be able to return this fig for a refund please ? The factory helmet printing is a little too shifted for my liking , not your fault . I am collecting 1 of each im currently at 1200 , sorry to be picky about this as my collection is all mint and I would love to check out the rest of your inventory and give you another purchase! Can you please send me a return label / address to ship it back to ?
I have asked for photos of the figure. At this point I don't know what I
am going to do.

Might be best to accept the return as if you decline they might be able to do
a return via PayPal (tho I’m not sure if that’s a thing) but I would not send
them the shipping label as they should pay that out of pocket and depending on
everything you might not refund the shipping/paypal fees related to the order

I would fight back, not accept a return, and certainly not pay for return shipping?
Not only this is unfair, but you allow his bad behavior to be granted and he
would want to do the same with others.
You are a big store and this is not too expensive.
By the way, is the figure visible through blister? could he have asked you a
photo to check the condition/variation of helmet?

Yes, and yes. Which is curious, why would you not ask for a photo if you know
you are so picky?
These photos show how this minifigure, and the others from the blister, are stored
in my store. I could have removed the top plastic even, if requested.

The helmet print for all three iterations of that minifig (excluding the gear
anomaly) is rarely perfectly aligned, with a good percentage having drastic misaligned
print, as pulled from new sets. This is well-known among LEGO SW collectors.
Therefore, any perfectly aligned print for that part is rare and highly sought-after
and by extension, of greater worth.

I am glad you said this, all 3 iterations, since I sold them the b iteration
and not the a, but point still taken.
