We know the past few weeks have brought a lot of uncertainty, so we wanted to
share some positive news with you today.
First, we’ve received official confirmation from CBP that Section 321 de minimis
remains in place until further notice. This means that shipments under $800 USD
can continue to enter duty-free as usual. Our team will stay in close contact
with customs officials and keep you updated if anything changes.
This morning, our cross-border trucks successfully cleared the U.S. border without
any issues, and shipments are moving as expected. While the scheduled tariffs
have officially gone into effect today, we’re relieved to see that Section 321
remains intact for now, allowing many of you to continue shipping to the U.S.
without added duties.
Additionally, we have reactivated our FBA cross-border shipping service in the
Stallion portal, so you can now resume shipping FBA orders as usual.
We appreciate your patience as we’ve navigated these changes together. If you
have any questions or need assistance with your shipments, we’re always here
to help.

Indeed! It’s great news, tho it seems like it will probably only be for a few
weeks/months until they remove de minimis
You are fortunate to have a shipping service that keeps you up to date.
There was a day where the US Post Office was refusing to accept any shipments
from China due to confusion. This lasted for only 12 hours before they resumed.
This was in early February. So even if packages cross the border there is no
guarantee the post office will accept them. There is also no guarantee that
the US Post office will not require the recipient to pay a tariff to retrieve
the package. But that isn't your problem, that is on the buyer. I thought
this was the way tariffs actually worked, where the person who the package is
going to, pays a tariff, before the package is delivered or when the package
is picked up.
