Yes, it would make sense that US stores selling to US customers would not be
affected by a European law. But, it was explained that ALL BrickLink stores would
have to comply anyway. So, click the box and don't worry about it. Or make
a stand and let your shop be closed.

One problem is that it’s very easy for a US-only seller to sell to EU buyers,
even when they say they don’t/won’t.


   But, it was explained that ALL BrickLink stores would
have to comply anyway.

It also does not add any rule/constraint that was not already in BrickLink’s
ToS (from the beginning of BL too).


   So, click the box and don't worry about it. Or make
a stand and let your shop be closed.
