According to the DAC7 regulations, Bricklink should report my 2024 activities
(sales etc) to me by 31 January 2025, so I can check if everything is correct,
before they send it to the tax department.
This hasn't happened, not sure why.
What to do now? How do I know what BL is reporting to the tax department? I need
this info to fill in my tax form.

You're right, but it's best to assume Bricklink will never do that and
Bricklink will never answer your questions.
I also have questions about how they're reporting this when they don't
even ask the information of all UBOs of the business. They're doing this
all wrong. Just make sure you do your part right, so it's not your fault...

Am I then correct to assume that they will never inform me about what they (presumably)
will submit to the tax authorities? Will they even submit something (and if so,
what?) to the tax authorities? It's all very unclear to me.
I can (and will) fill in my tax form as I always do, but I am afraid there now
might be confusion and possible questions in case BL submits something different
(assuming they submit something at all, which based on this I am now doubting).
Since I can't check what they are submitting, the possibility of confusion
and errors is highly likely, sadly.

Maybe you could try reaching out directly to the Help Desk:

Maybe you could try reaching out directly to the Help Desk:
You should receive a ticket number as an email reply automatically. But they
can take around 2 weeks to reply.
Hi Richard, I guess Stellar's advice to contact them is good, even if it's
only to have that covered. How it usually works in my experience is that something
is dysfunctional about Bricklink, you contact the helpdesk, and they give some
kind of creative spin to it to make it seem like it works properly and/or it's
being fixed when really it's not. So take their reply with a pinch of salt,
the most important thing is you did your best to reach out.
Like you I am also slightly worried, since our shop has two UBOs and they never
asked any details of the second UBO, so now Bricklink is making it seem like
all turnover was mine, when it's really divided over two people. But it's
important to remember that the Belastingdienst makes a big distinction between
mistakes on the one hand, and intentional fraud on the other - especially if
it's structural. If the numbers look a bit funny and they have questions,
you will have a decent story and it will be clear you're not trying to cheat
taxes here. So you should be fine I think!
I contacted BL as was suggested, but I guess a reply can take a long time.
In the meantime I will probably fill in my taxes as usual, and if needed explain
later if they have questions.
Thanks again
Richard

Thanks, but this only lists what I need to provide to BL (which I did), not what
BL will provide to the tax authorities. I assume it's the total amount of
sales in a year, but to what detail? I have no clue.

Yes, that's all we know I'm afraid.
By the way, your Splash page doesn't work properly, it shows error 400 for
me.

Yes I know. I have been trying to fix that for ages (I think I did everything
correctly), but also here I get exactly zero help from BL...

I would imagine it is the total number of sales and the total value of sales.
I doubt they want a detailed list of individual sales and values reported by
the marketplace. If they decide to investigate you, they can ask you for that
directly.
