The search bar doesn't work when you're looking in a store, unless you're
on the main Bricklink home page.
No matter what you select (All items, catalog items, store items, store name,
forum etc) it only searches the store you're looking at. Rather than searching
the term in what you have selected from the drop down.

Happy of it, because search to price guide or items for sale was a regression
when they introduced the nav bar in shops!

They may've left it not working intentionally.
They added a "This store" term but every option selected searches "This
store". Now to get to those pages you have to go back to the home page before
using it. Can't have been intentional.

This might have been a quick addition as we shared directly with the devs a couple
of says ago the problem of storefronts having a giant search bar that directs
buyers outside of the store.

No problem. That does make sense. Keep the buyers looking in the store.
