I have a buyer who placed an IC order (#27623836) with the country showing as
Hong Kong. Their PayPal address also shows this as it's required to match.

They sent a message stating the country must be changed to China. They have their
seller privileges revoked (likely after China was blocked on the platform) but
their buyer privs are still green and they've placed several successful orders
over the last month.

Assistance from BrickLink/LEGO admin please. I've advised the buyer I'm
awaiting confirmation before proceeding. I haven't seen any posts or info
stating that this is an acceptable workaround but would like to confirm.

Seems to me though, whether or not BL condones such action, it’s ultimately up
to you as seller to accept what is essentially a breach of contract. Not to mention
the behavior in doing so post facto, as being uncool. So I can see why you'd
like to wait for acknowledgement from admin.
