Has there been any updates on this problem that I may of missed?
I have one now for a sale made this weekend. I contacted the buyers who said
that they first tried to send and e-check but it did not go through so they sent
a regular PayPal payment.
PayPal show a payment received but not completed. The payment does not show
any tax or fees have been captured. Is the normal state of things while waiting
for an e-check to clear?
I have since stopped allowing e-checks so have I made the problem even worse?
