about box conditions). Buyer described it with the following words:
"NEW Box torn open all over, so you have to put it back together to be able
to use it as a Box again"
What really was the case is that it has been carefully opened on both sides and
flattened.

It is a good idea to make it clear that you assemble new figures so buyers know
that they will be assembled. Even more so when you describe your used figures
as like new. And even worse "Small nick on leg side, otherwise new".
