That’s terrible! I should have done my homework! Also wanted to add some proof
for the pudding.

Because (i) they pay their fees and (ii) many buyers don't care about poor
feedback until after they purchase.

Why did you buy then refuse the package when it was to ve delivered? How did
you know there was an issue without opening it?
