Hello. Tell me how to make it so that when ordering from a buyer, the bank commission
is immediately added?

Usually not, since bank transfer is not an onsite payment method but you can
set a fee for it in the shipping method(s).
First you need to ask permission from the admins to enable offsite payment methods
in your store. More info at https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=18
Bank transfer should be always cheaper than payment via PayPal. If your bank
charges fees for international transfers you should change bank, you can save
a lot using Wise or Revolut, even for exchanging currencies.

Best to just raise your prices by that % as in many places your not allowed to
charge it but even if you do it’s an extra fee which will turn buyers away.
