Posting a copy of the same message that you just posted 1 minute ago isn't
going to help.
Looks open to me. But with 10 Negatives and 13 Neutrals in 744 orders, you shouldn't
be. I've never seen so many "sold used as new" complaints. Maybe
selling Lego isn't for you.

**If you live in a Canadian province with taxes lower than 15% you can request
a partial refund for the overcharge**
I dont think overcharging for GST/HST/PST is legal.
Any Canadians who know more about this than me, please let me know.

indeed, that seems suspicious already, what makes it worse is the you have to
request the refund meaning if you dont, they likely keep it. sad to see it reopened

Like many others I wonder why you've been allowed to be opened again seeing
your 2024 begative feedbacks - they can't be all lying:
* 9/12 new minifigs were used condition, 1/12 were broken, shipping took 3+ weeks.
* Notice: Don't buy a new in here Just buy used Bc if you buy a new, u'll
get used
* Sold me fake LEGO as genuine, insists they are genuine. Stopped responding
to me
* Sent extremely damaged Figure listed as New, request pictures before purchase!
(etc)
That's NOT acceptable, you've (to be kind) "a Quality problem"
to fix.
I was one of this shop’s first buyers - almost two years ago. I bought new minifigs,
received used, cracked and broken. I sent a kind but firm message explaining
that selling used as new is against Bricklink’s ToS. I explained in detail since
the seller was new and I thought they might not know any better.
This seller has known for two years that this practice is not permitted and has
continued on.
So please add me to the list of people wondering how this shop was allowed to
open again.
