Hi I have a problem iwth a big store. Package should have arrived long long ago
fro mGermay to Slovakia takes max 3 days not to mention by DHL.

Seller marked the order as shipped but didn´t include the tracking number.
I asked for it after 2-3 weeks and nothing. No response.

I filed a NSS a week ago and still nothing.
Another message today and nothing. No reply.

The seler is obviously active becasue they have hundreds of orders monthly and
around 5000 ratings.

I used IBAN is there a way that BL can stop their account so they resolve or
refund me when the NSS ends? How iwll a NSS be resolved when the store is not
repsonding. I never actuially filled an NSS and I am on bL since 2004 ...

BL won’t do anything about a refund.

The NSS can be removed if the seller gives a proof of shipping (not reception!)
or a proof of refund.

Otherwise, if the seller doen’t answer, the NSS will stuck and the account will
be closed when they get 3 NSS.

Is it a lot of money?

NSS doesn't need communication, you'll be able to complete the NSS after
some delay (it's shown in the NSS page). It won't bring the money back.

IBAN isn't a safe way to pay, very sorry. I usually never accept to pay with
IBAN.
There's no way to be refunded by the bank or BrickLink.

But it's very good to stick on the NSS until you've your order; at 3
NSS the shop will be closed.

Some "big" sellers in Germany are slow and don't communicate.
Which shop is it? You can PM me if you don't want to shame it, but we could
give you some infos.

Their Neutrals clearly show people are upset of no communication and shipping
delays.
